The resolution for better health and never fail to get it
So we are still in February and talking about the resolution for the new year is still relevant. You may plan the routine like the balanced life, exercise as routine, or better diet. But for some reasons, the activity become too demanding for you.
Certainly it happens to many people, so let's see what to do first or even things that can help fix it fast.
One of main problem is, your resolution does not too sensible, where it's easy to start in first few weeks, but it conflicts with your current diet or work schedule.
The health resolution always look easy on paper, but when you really do it then you'll realize if it takes consistency, effort and time.
The biggest mistake one of them is aiming the target like doing exercise everyday or doing diet that breaks their eating pattern.
Doing exercise without ideal preparation will make you fatigue, hence it ruins the focus and consistency for longer term.
When you rely too much on motivation then it can get backfired to yourself.
It's not about the motivation only when you also need for new routine to get used right and included as the lifestyle.
Your new resolution can simply fail because of running out of time. Of course exercise will feel like the burden when you are not fit enough because of life routine like your job.
If you are too strict then it's easy to see your health resolution to fail. For this case you must be more flexible in term of rule you need to "apply" to yourself.
You don't want the activity like exercise or diet too "perfect" that is hard for to practice.
You also need to make a system where the schedule, guidelines, and the environment can basically support your resolution. Otherwise you need to start over and it will tire you out.
It's not about working harder for the routine, but how you can reprogram the whole activity.
After all the resolution is something to make you feel better and healthier, and not as something to drain your energy instead.
Of course you can lower your target and give more space for the consistency. Don't start exercise everyday but choose the more flexible time. The first week should enough to test your focus and determination.
Also to test how long you can start doing a specific training plan or diet.
If you don't active that much, exercise in weekend is good enough for the starting point.
The healthy habit you need to focus and then you can simply add for the intensity.
The healthier resolution that must be realistic enough, so remember the entire activity should be friendly with any aspect around you.
Duration for body training doesn't actually need hours, so always choose the activity that requires less time.
Moderate intensity can also help if you struggle with your stamina and don't want to feel too tired.
So the resolution you aim can be really achieved and be more flexible with it.
