Running with proper jacket and don't ruin the activity


To improve the cardiovascular health you can do running which is effective totally.

Can be done by anyone, and running has become the lifestyle.

No wonder you can see a runner can be so stylist from the shoes they wear or even a new jacket. Unfortunately choosing the wrong type of jacket to wear during exercise can lead to negative impact, see it below.

Of course, the jacket you choose is used when it's not too hot and you don't want to wear something too thick.

While running, the heart beat increases as it pumps oxygen to the muscle that are active. Such process will make the temperature of body increases as well, hence you'll be sweaty as the mechanism of body to cool down.

However, sweat will be "trapped" instead of evaporate because of the jacket especially on the hot weather.

Hence it may disrupt the "system" from your body to cool down, the temperature goes up and you are prone to heat exhaustion.

Considering the jacket if you use one is actually necessary.

It should be fine if weather suits you, or when it's cold. A good jacket should keep the body temperature from the cold of course.

For daily exercise you need a jacket that can actually absorb the sweat and is also comfortable to use.

Some people may choose running with a jacket willingly, while hoping that doing so can make them sweat even more and burn fat as well.

Unfortunately sweat can't be treated as "indicator" for burning fat. As explained, this is the natural process by the body to cool down and keep your temperature.

Dehydration is certainly one of biggest issue you can face when you are sweating a lot because of higher body temperature.

Excessive sweat can lead body to lose more fluid hence you can be in the situation of hydration.

The sign to see when you are feeling chronic dehydration is fatigued, disoriented and others.

When you're wearing something like hoodie then it can expose you to heat exhaustion.

A condition that usually happens when someone is exposed to hot weathers for hours and make their body lose the fluid. 

In overall the performance of running can become decreased.

Running with a hoodie you're wearing can block your movement.

Let alone the high temperature that will drain your stamina.

There's no way you want to keep doing the running with so ineffective like this.

Once again, the runners can always use a jacket that is felt best for them of course under certain conditions.

Obviously is the weather is too hot then it's not the best time to do running.

On the opposite, jacket is recommended if you need to keep the temperature of body against the cold.

Watching the weather is certainly something you must plan as a runner.

The jacket material should be considered and it should be "friendly" to wear for your running activity.

And of course that jacket must be good enough in absorbing the sweat.
