The priority and your focus to live active and lose weight


When starting the new year most people also need to think about losing the weight.

Using the scale is always the thing to use and you wanna have it to measure your success.

But of course, the focus is not only for weight to reduce, but more on life to make more active.

Becoming active is always relevant despite of many factors.

Moreover, planning a new weight loss plan is so attractive, with the goal of ideal weight.

The best feeling should you able to lose more pounds and regain the confidence.

After all with slim body, not just for the look, but surely you can avoid the risk that many people with overweight may face. 

The ideal weight certainly can always relate with healthier body, hence it becomes the main priority due to the reasons.

That said there are many "indicators" you can use beside the weight alone, like how good you can sleep, healthy eating habits and also the physical activity.

Focusing only for the weight to reduce has its own "disadvantage" like how your weight sometimes don't actually correlate with the fit body.

You can also become obsessed with the weight that affect the eating habit in overall, or you push yourself with over-training.

Not just that cause you can also lose the motivation considering the failure lead by incorrect program or plan.

The another thing to focus on is how you force yourself to move more. Attending the gym is not actually necessary since you can plan your exercise to be less intense first.

Start to create ideal schedule or routine you can change easier. You don't wanna sit for too long given how bad it is for the health, as example.

You can try to do stretching for few minutes or try to use the stairs, not the elevator.

Mild exercise but with more consistency is definitely effective and better than "heavy" exercise but you do it once in a while.

No target to reduce weight so you can basically enjoy what you do best for the ideal body to build.

With living active through exercise, many aspect you can fix and more benefits to see. Your body will feel fitter and more activity you can do better since you get stronger.

You can get more benefits including the metabolism and muscle to shape. Of course not overnight thing to expect since the routine is needed to be run continuously.

Should you able to run activity with the focus, then the routine will become your new life. Since you don't focus on result, but the progress. So you also need to admire yourself given the hard work and challenges to get through.

Certainly living healthier and active must correlate with ideal weight. But of course the challenge can be different especially your focus and motivation to be tested.

Moreover, you are about to build the routine from the scratch, which will affect the health for long term.

Meanwhile if you only focus for weight loss only, as explained above, there are things that may slow you down or make it pointless to do.
