For those of you who rarely move the body and will be back active in sports, there is no need to immediately rush into doing muscle exercises that are too heavy. You can start with light movements first, then slowly increase the intensity and duration.

Moving your body back by exercising is the right decision. It might be quite difficult to get back to being active as before, but restoring muscle mass does require a process. Don't force yourself to exercise too heavily, and stop immediately if your body starts to ache.

Enough rest
